How do we report a problem in ElectricPe charger?

To report a problem in your ElectricPe charger follow these steps

  1. Open ElectricPe App
  2. Click on the customer support button in the top right corner of your screen
  3. Enter the Charger ID or Scan the QR code on the charger
  4. Choose your problem or you can also chat with us on whats app
