I can’t find the Charging Plans section in the app anymore. The coin system plan was very useful and cost efficient for regular users. Could you let me know why it was removed and if it’s coming back?

Hi Swapnil, The Charging Plans section has been temporarily disabled because we’re currently upgrading it. The previous plan structure had become outdated, so our team is working on a new and improved version that will offer better value based on consumers feedback. This is only a temporary pause, and the updated plan will be introduced in the future.

its been many days still the system is not updated. current wallet pay and use is very costly. kindly bring back the plans at the earliest.
true .. with the same price we can do the fast charging. requesting electric pe to please let us know by which date the charging plans will be activated

Worst application..taking so much time to upgrade their charging plan.. And the normal charge cost is also increased by 25-35%..
yes. if the charging plans update is delayed then better go for fast charging as it costs the same for full battery for same price and time will be saved as well
