if someone uses charging point and forgets to "end charging"in their appp after usage.
than status of that particular charging point shows as unavailable in online which results others unable to operate or connect the app and point. is there any solution?

No, but If a user notices a blinking charger with no one currently utilizing the charging point, they can contact the ElectricPe support team. The team will promptly address the issue and resolve the charger for you.
