Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Poor Service of ElectricPe Chargers at Shriram Spandhana Apartments

Dear ElectricPe Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service of ElectricPe chargers in Shriram Spandhana Apartments over the past few weeks. The two chargers located below my block have been non-functional for almost a month, and several other chargers within the complex are also not charging vehicles due to either a lack of power supply or a persistent red light error.

As a result, my scooter has been left uncharged multiple times, severely impacting my daily commute. There are over 50 EV owners in the complex relying on these chargers, yet at any given time, only two or three chargers seem to be working properly. This forces me to walk over a kilometer searching for a functional charger, only to find them occupied due to high demand.

I am a regular user of ElectricPe services and have even purchased charging plans. However, due to the inability to find a working charger when needed, I am losing money on these plans. At this rate, I estimate a loss of over ₹200, which is extremely frustrating. This is not the first time I have faced this issue, and if this continues, I will be forced to reconsider purchasing charging plans in the future.

I kindly request you to take immediate action to fix and maintain the chargers so that residents do not have to face these recurring issues. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could address my concern regarding the charging plan and provide a resolution for the loss I have incurred.

I have attached images of the non-functional chargers for your reference. Please look into this matter at the earliest and provide an update on the resolution timeline.
