I started charging my scooter and the timer showed that charging was active for 3 hours. I left the vehicle for charging and returned after 3 hours, but my scooter was not charged at all.
However, the amount for the full 3-hour charging session has been deducted from my account.
This is a serious issue, as I have been charged without receiving the service. Kindly look into this matter urgently, verify the session details, and process a refund for the deducted amount.
