I can see that ElectricPe is charging variable rates, is this common? Anyone else experienced this?

yes i am experiencing this too…its fluctuating between 20 and 21 rupees per unit
If am not wrong , the owner of the place can mention the per unit charges .
yes. they chamge their rates depending on how desperate byou are. they are very sneaky. stop using their chargers.
